About Us

Founded in March 2022 by Sebastian Bates; The Bates Foundation (TBF) is a global non-profit Organisation, with official registration in the UK under charity number 1207564.

We exist to transform young lives through a unique approach to Education that focuses on soft skill and character development. We mentor children through incredibly difficult transitions in some of the hardest living conditions on the planet.  

Our programme has transformed over 50,000 children's lives and now through the Bates Foundation, we are extending this to slums, orphanages, schools and rescue shelters in developing countries.
